No Attachments: Do NOT send PDF files, scanned PDFs, or any other attachments. Our email system is configured to filter and block all attachments to infringement notices. The required elements of the claim must be contained in the body of the email.
Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for an email response.
Third-Party Notifications: Note that emailing your complaint to other parties, such as our Internet Service Provider, will not expedite your request and may result in a delayed response due to the complaint not being properly filed with our Designated Agent.
